Training with Maddie Horton

For 5 weeks now, I have started my stepped-up training with Maddie Horton and so far I'm loving it! I am so lucky to have someone like Maddie to train with, she motivates me, gets me out of bed early making the most of the day, and without her I would not be able to do this. Thanks Maddie! We've been going to Bodyline gym, doing weights for the first time in my life. Getting about one day of rest per week and sometimes even getting up at 6.00am to go running! Together we have done turbo training, endurance rides, running, plyometrics and even yoga...

And we are now re-born as super racing machines and are preparing our super powers for the next season of racing! Bring it on!
